Your internet browser is blocking your PDF viewer.
By default, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and other internet browsers use pop-up blockers to protect you from unwanted pages or advertisements. Unfortunately, this is also means it is protecting you from seeing the PDF you've created.
Don't worry, there is an easy fix (and, NO, you won't be turning off any protections you need). You just need to allow pop-ups for PlantMaster.
Allow Pop Ups for PlantMaster
In Chrome:
Make sure you are on the modal to create a PDF, and you've clicked the button to "View PDF". Here is what the screen will look like:
When you click the button to "View PDF" and it seems like nothing happens, here is what you need to do in Chrome:
In the address bar (where you see the PlantMaster.com address), click "Pop-up blocked". It will be on the right side.
To always see pop-ups (your PDFs) from PlantMaster, select "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://plantmaster.com. And ONLY PlantMaster.
Click "Done" to save these selections. Now you will see all PDFs you create in PlantMaster!
In Safari:
Make sure you are on the modal to create a PDF, and you've clicked the button to "View PDF". Here is what the screen will look like:
When you click the button to "View PDF" and it seems like nothing happens, here is what you need to do in Safari:
In the address bar (where you see the PlantMaster.com address), click on the website settings icons. It will be in the left corner.
To always see pop-ups (your PDFs) from PlantMaster, the checkbox for "Enable content blockers" will be selected. Click the box to DESELECT this option. This will only impact plantmaster.com.

Make sure it looks like this before you leave:
If you don't see this option right away, click on the option for "Website Settings" and DESELECT "Enable content blockers"
Now you will see all PDFs you create in PlantMaster!
If for some reason this causing any trouble, you can also click on the button on the right side of the search bar to "Show blocked pop-up Window".
In other browsers:
There are so many browser options out there, we can't provide instructions for every option.
Please search for "How to disable pop up blockers for one website" and follow the instructions so you can see your PlantMaster reports.
In most cases, look in the search bar at the very top of the page and you will see some indicator saying the pop-up has been blocked. There should be an icon or button to choose.
Make sure to choose "Enable pop-ups from plantmaster.com"
