PlantMaster Subscription Overview

A quick guide to all the pricing options within PlantMaster.

PlantMaster is a subscription-based software program offering several plan types for individuals, teams, and students.


All plans renew automatically on your billing date until canceled.


Single User Accounts

Monthly Plan

  • Billed every month on the same date as your first payment.

  • Example: If you start your 7-day trial on May 1, billing begins on May 8 and renews monthly on the 8th.

  • Price: $35 per month

Annual Plan

  • Billed once per year on the same date as your first payment.

  • Example: If you start your trial on May 1, billing begins on May 8 and renews yearly on May 8.

  • Price: $250 per year

Pro Tip: Annual plans offer the best value - you'll save over $150 per year. You can switch from monthly to annual anytime by contacting [email protected].


Office Accounts (Shared Access)

An Office Account is a shared PlantMaster account with a single login that can be used by multiple team members.


All users share the same branding, logo, and contact details.
Ideal for small firms or teams collaborating on shared projects.

  • Recommended for up to 5 users

  • Billed annually

Pricing:

  • 2 Users – $350 per year

  • 3 Users – $450 per year

  • Up to 5 Users – $600 per year

  • More than 5 users – contact [email protected] for custom pricing


Multiple Accounts (Extra Individual Accounts)

A Multiple Account is an additional individual account offered at a discounted rate.
Each account functions independently, with its own projects and data—perfect for users who prefer to work separately or organize projects by client or category.

  • Must have at least one active primary account ($250 annual plan)

  • Billed annually

  • Price: $150 per additional account


Student Accounts

Students enrolled in participating programs can access special pricing and features through our PlantMaster for Students program.
