I set my native region, but the icons aren't showing up in my presentation/report.

You’ve already set your native region in your Account Settings or Project Settings — great work!


If your native icons still aren’t appearing in your PDF report or presentation, you’re just one step away.

To highlight natives in your presentations

When creating a presentation, go to Step 2: Presentation Options and turn on the toggle for “Highlight Natives.”

Once the switch is on, preview or send your presentation link — your native icons will appear automatically.

To highlight natives in your PDF reports

When generating a PDF report, click the report you want to create and choose your layout options (page size, orientation, etc.).


Then scroll to the bottom and open “More Options.”


Check the box for “Highlight Natives.”

After you check this box, your downloaded or generated report will display the native icons.

What about Plant Schedules?

Native highlighting isn’t currently available in Plant Schedules, but it’s on our roadmap for a future release.
